A Zambian heart, a global life.
Hi, I'm Mwape — Zambian by birth, global by experience. After living across Africa, Europe and the Caribbean, I created this space to share recipes, travel stories, hiking adventures and reflections from life as a new grandmother.
Born in Zambia. Moved to France in 1993. Later lived in Côte d'Ivoire, Madagascar, Cameroon and the British Virgin Islands before settling in London. Every place left a mark on my kitchen, my walking boots and my outlook on life.
